The majority of stations, temperature or weather, include a function that usually makes gardeners happy: the display of minima and maxima. The appliances generally display the lowest temperature (Min) and the highest (Max) as well as for indoor and out temperatures.

These Min and Max are valid for 24 hours and are therefore automatically updated, and are stored in the appliance memory and can be reset by the user.

A function essential and exclusive to La Crosse Technology stations, certain appliances display, at the same time as Min/Max , the time of the recording and the date for those that have a calendar.
Also note that the Min/Max functions
- are also memorised for hygrometry readings
- are individual to each sensor ; that is to say that a weather station with a calendar which manages 3 sensors will indicate the Min/Max with dates and times of readings for each of the sensors.
